Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Aqueous Environmental, LLC, owned and operated by Brian Taylor, in the State of South Carolina. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the following:
1. Services
Aqueous Environmental, LLC provides professional services as outlined in your proposal, invoice, subscription, or written agreement. Scope, pricing, and timelines are defined in those documents.
2. Payment Terms
Payment is due as outlined in your invoice or agreement. Recurring services will auto-bill according to your selected plan. Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of services. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, respond in a timely manner, provide necessary access and materials, and use services in compliance with all applicable laws. Delays caused by the client do not constitute breach by the Company.
4. Intellectual Property
All systems, materials, templates, processes, and proprietary content remain the property of Aqueous Environmental, LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
5. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee specific results, revenue, or performance outcomes. Results vary based on multiple external factors beyond our control.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aqueous Environmental, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the previous 90 days.
7. Termination
Services may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, violation of these terms, or illegal, unethical, or abusive conduct. Clients may cancel services according to the cancellation terms in their agreement.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
By engaging services with Aqueous Environmental, LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
9. Communication Practices
We use your phone number and email - when provided - to communicate with you about our services.
Transactional message provide notices to you about estimates, contracts, and invoices. Reminders will be sent when due dates are approaching. Receipts are also send via SMS and email upon completed payment for services.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
To stop receiving SMS messages, reply STOP after any SMS message.
To receive assistance with your service, reply HELP after an SMS message. You may also email tech@aqueousenv.com for technical assistance with SMS or email communications from Aqueous Environmental, LLC.
We will not share your SMS content with third parties (except SMS providers).
