Assessments & Consultations
For all of our clients, we offer an initial site assessment to uncover any potential issues you are facing on your property, and any relevant environmental history or zoning and permitting regulations. After completing our initial assessment, we can provide ongoing consultation and inspection services, or summary documentation and reporting necessary for proper local compliance in South Carolina.

401/404 Permitting

To ensure your land complies with the permitting and licensing required by the Clean Water Act, we are able to perform the proper inspections, planning, and applications necessary to protect your project. We will guide you through each step to make sure that your projects correctly avoids and minimizes any negative environmental impacts on navigable waters, wetlands, and wildlife.

Wetland Delineation

Wetland delineation is an important step in environmental planning and managemen through identifying the boundaries of wetlands and other water bodies. Using a combination of field observations, scientific data, and specialized tools such as GPS equipment and aerial photography, we can map and assess the borders, health, and ecological significance of your land's water ecosystems.

Threatened Endangered Wildlife & Water Quality Sampling
Any new land development projects or existing property must comply with the United States Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS). The goal of our surveys is to determine the presence, distribution, and abundance of T&E species, and to assess their habitat needs and potential threats to their survival. Similarly, we are able to test any bodies of water on your property for potential health issues or cleanliness concerns.
